Roommate Woes

In response to a review posted for this property on February 11, 2003 I would like to take moment to comment on the complexities of a lease agreement primarily when entered into with a roommate. First of all if one roommate makes a request, as the management office, it is our responsibility to act on the request immediately. When we find out that the other roommate did either know or want the items requested to occur it is not our responsibility to mediate between the roommates, of course we absolutley want the best for each roommate but have a legal obligation. When one roommate extends the other roommate has the option to be removed from the lease by a roommate release form as we explain to ALL roommates either signing or being added to a lease. Trammell Crow has long held the distinction of being an industry leader in customer service and extend this to all residents, yes this is a business however all of our residents are our business. We appreciate each and everyone of you and look forward to being able to serve you in the future. I hope that this one particular resident is able to see the complex legalities involved in a lease agreement and that he will find a rental experience he can enjoy!
