Post a bad review and (finally) receive a callback from the property management!

Wow, I ask for a phone call and do not hear anything for a month. I post a bad review and get one within two hours! Look below for my original post that finally got this phone call. The property managers reply is titled "Roommate Woes".
What the property manager fails to mention about the roommate release is that your deposit stays with the apartment. So if you paid half of it, you dont receive that back until the other person moves out(minus whatever damage they do). I do not know of any other contracts involving three parties where two parties can make changes without the authorization of the third person. Unless its stated within the contract(and it does not say that within the lease).
Dont just trust my one bad review, there are plenty of others on here to read.
(My original post 2/11/02):
My roommate decided to extend our lease without letting me know. She is friends with the property manager and had the lease extended a month. When I found out I went and talked to the property manager about the new terms since I had not signed to those. She told me I was liable for the extra month and it wasnt her job to babysit the tenants or to let me know of any changes in the contract. She said she would call her attorney just to be sure and would let me know what he said. This was a month ago. I havent heard anything. This seems to be a common mode of operation at TCR operated properties(they manage 4 in Tanasbourne; Verandas, Thorncroft Farms, Lions Gate, and Colonade). Read the posts on these. TCR is a huge company and they know if you dont rent, somebody else will. If they can take advantage of you and get away with it and your money, they will.
