I just recently moved here. I love the apartment! The only issue I had when I moved in were some stains on the carpet. I would think they could clean those or replace the carpet! The recent "crime flyer" is very scary! Luckily I don't live on the bottom floor, but I don't feel as safe here as I would like to. I didn't know crime was an issue until after I moved in. I haven't had any trouble with bugs or many noisy neighbors. There was one incident of a man (probably drunk) outside hollaring. The staff has been great so far. I guess all apartments are a "gamble." I did get a great deal on a nice apartment.
