I've lived in Thorncroft farms for more than a year. The management at thorncroft did not have good procedures in regards to parking violations. The prices were overpriced for bad management to not step up to noise and parking violations. They told my family that the area is very quiet but instead there were loud noises after hours, numerous parking violations. I work late nights and it was impossible to sleep in the daytime with all the noises from other complexes.

There were numerous breakins while I lived there. I was afraid that my car would be stolen or broken into.

I will not renew my lease.
