I lived here from 2001 - 2004. The apartments are pretty nice, noise wasn't too bad in general. We were located right by the stairwell on the first floor which was very loud. We received a notice on our door that our lease was up 8/29, so we decided to move else where. After lining up a new apt to live in, the Management informed us that they made a mistake and our lease was actually up one month later on 9/29. Our contract said that terminating the lease would cost 2 months rent. They took off one months rent from the termination fee, but we still had to pay $729 because of their mistake. It felt like they were great while we were there, but they treated us like trash when we left.
