I wanted to try to help others from making the same mistake as my fianc and I did! Don t move here- there is no room! You will not get what you pay for. First of all, the office is very hard to get a hold of. There is inadequate unmonitored parking, as no spaces are assigned. There are absolutely not enough spaces either. My fianc e and I have been here for over a year and the entire time have been on a waiting list for one of their few carports; which is an additional charge of course of about $40/moth. I never heard back from the office about that and here we are- over a year later- no car port. Our tub became clogged in our only bathroom, we called to have it fixed right away and even after repeated calls- it took them four days to get around to fixing it!!!! The pool in the summer is a complete joke. It turns into a little pee pool; hogged by obnoxiously loud people and their kids. You can forget about it if you want to use a chair and/or take a dip- there is just no room. This complex is way too large for that small of a pool. The stairwells are a source of constant noise. The doors are always slamming- either from the stairwell or from people s apartment doors. It is very startlingly loud. The correct rent amount each month is always a guessing game. It always changes because so do the utilities. Although there are more items I could list, the last thing I will mention is the one that annoys me most is the fitness room. What a joke that is, too! They have a whopping two treadmills in there which are constantly hogged before and after work hours and of course on the weekends also. So, I bought my own treadmill because I weigh very little and knew I wouldn t make much noise. But of course my loud drunk neighbor below me complained to the office about my treadmill noise in the mornings because the construction is so poor and paper thin! So now what am I supposed to do' Just live my life like a veal' Don t move here- you ll be sorry.
