Not only was the staff extremely unprofessional, they never answered the phones when you called. I would leave message after message only to have my calls never returned. The office staff is a joke! They not only have a high turn around rate, they also are rude beyond belief. I swear this is a requirement for the job! They all are snobby and look down at you. They tend to tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to rent there and once you are a tenant they don't care what you think or how they can help you. An example: We turned in our 30 day notice in the managers box located by the mail boxes. This is the exact same place where one would drop their rent off after hours. THEY LOST IT, and then tried to blame us and make us pay for rent another month. Only after calling and complaining to riverside managements office manager did we get it solved. The manager at Thorncoroft claimed they had a strict 30 day policy and that we were reasonable for them loosing it. Personally the location is not worth the hassle of the management!
