Rent includes water/sewer/garbage services; all major kitchen appliances plus microwave; washer/dryer hookup (there is also a laundry building onsite); onsite managers; carport.

This complex also allows pets (up to 20 lbs) with an additional security deposit. They also have garages available and storage units for an additional charge ($40 and $25 respectfully).

this is a nice place but the walls are very thin and not insulated very well, you can hear every move your neighbor makes. but still nice place. I would recommend it if you don't mind the noise. I'm glad I am moving.

I lived here for a long time now and our next door neighbor is a moaner on the B side. You can here her every night really loud. Crazy (biyatch)
