Rental Services is the worst rental agency I have ever had to deal with. The staff is rude and the application process is as if they were processing an ex con applicant! As for the pet deposit, WOW! They charge you an additional $1000 dollars and want proof that your dog is a well behaved animal. There are so many rentals in the Monmouth/Independence area that I strongly urge you to rent anywhere else BUT through Rental Services as they are such a hassle to work with. Oh, and I almost forgot, if you want to be treated like a teenager living at home that receives notices on your door every couple of days reminding you to clean your back pourch or not to leave your trash bag out over night or park perfectly straight in your assigned parking space then you might re-think renting from them. RENTAL SERVICES SUCKS!!!
