On the bright side, it's a place to live. Other then that, Creekside Meadows and RSI as a business is horrible!!!!! Everytime I walk into there office, I try to keep a happy demeanor about myself, but the people behind the desk are rude and treat you like you're an ex-con. They don't give a crap about you, they just want your money. As far as a pet deposit goes, $1000 for a cat that I was going to babysit for 3 months. Every other house/apartment in the area charge at most 500 dollars. It's ridiculous. The apartments are crappy as well, when we moved in there were stains on the floor, the screen door was ripped, oven was broke. I put in a work order at the beginning of the year when we moved in, twice. And still, nothing, but we were able to get the oven fixed. Our neighbors are extremely loud, they have about 5 kids that run up and down the stairs non-stop, screaming, yelling and unnecessary horseplay. I will never rent from RSI again, nor will I live in Creekside meadows ever again.
