They let their trash build and in the summer it will stink the whole complex to were you don't want to open the windows due to the smell. Bad Rental Management Rental Services is the worst rental agency I have ever had to deal with. The staff is rude and the application process is as if they were processing an ex con applicant! As for the pet deposit, WOW! They charge you an additional $1000 dollars and want proof that your dog

Don't live here They pull you in with the 2 months of free rent and the $1000 gift card "to use towards rent" which are their exact words. And then, you find out you can't use the gift cards for rent and the management tells you it's "not their problem."
