You won't find a better community in Keizer.
Great Managers that really care about the property. They enforce the rules, which is great. They treat the property like it was their own.
Maintenance is Top Notch. This year alone they have pressure washed the property, striped the parking lot, and are painting all the balconies.
The Managers hold community events such as a yearly BBQ. They really care about their residents and try to keep top quality residents here.
