We have rented at McNary for two years. The place looks nice but the management is very controlling. Our rent has increased $115 (3 rate increases) since our lease ended 14 months ago. We were told they do not renew leases. We are looking for another place now. The place is nice and clean but do not stay too long you cant keep up with the rent increases!!!

Even with your rent increase your rent is still below market level for the size of apartment you are in. At McNary we are always glad to sign you in to a lease at the current market level, which I can garuntee you are at least $25.00 - $40.00 under or more.

Hey Anonymous, looks to me like this person clearly wasn't gladly given an option for a lease like you say in you comment. What do you say about that.....

I was not given a lease option. I flat out asked for a lease and they told me they only do month to month. i WANTED a lease. So obviously they are not, quote>> "always glad to sign you into a lease.." < |
