I was a resident for a 1 1/2 years. When I first moved in management was helpful. Rent kept going up, increments of 50.00. I encountered some financial hardship and tried to make acceptable payment arrangements with management to get back on track,they would not allow any flexibilty and proceeded immediately with court filing for eviction. Very dissapointing given I was a great tenant,never any complaints and good payment history. Out of about 10 calls I made to managment to try and get answers, only 3 were even returned. I did decide to move out before an eviction occured. They want to charge me 1,200 dollars for breaking the lease. In my opinion it is all a scam to get more money from people. Very unprofessional conduct!

We do care about our tenants, but if we make exceptions for one we have to make exceptions for all. All we ask is that you follow the rules outlined at move in and pay your rent.

I totally agree with you. The management is not helpful, rarely retun calls, retaliate against you if you call them out on what is wrong and illegal, and are VERY vindictive. this is a true statement.
