Let?s do a rundown, shall we. First you have the beautiful landscape. Mind you the lawn is the only thing kept around here. And might I add isn?t just mowed over once or twice but three times within several days each week. Sometimes it is done after 5pm. The edging is done one day and there?s nothing like the lovely sound of the blade scraping against the side walk all day long to help ease your stress away. Ahh...the noise from the traffic is loud. If you don?t mind having your vehicle broken into, not once but twice or more then come on in and make yourself at home! Feel free to stop by management where they regularly place a wood block in the slot so you can?t drop your rent in. This way you get to deal directly with them not at your convenience but there?s. Isn?t that great' :) You can make repair requests over and over and over again but still to no resolve. You may also notice the shoddy workmanship if you?d like to come in and do a walk through. Ah you may wonder, any bug problems' Surely not in a "beautiful" place like this. Well I?m sorry to break your heart but ants and other pesky insects and rodents are a problem. The walls have such cheap paint on them that if you spill something and it splatters the wall..good luck cleaning it off. One wipe and oopse, there?s goes chunks of paint. It?s a blast, move in and see for yourself what a wonderful place to live it is. Nothing the like the quiet, serene, beauty this place has to offer. :)
