The managers, first Julie and then Olga and Constantine are very nice and helpful. The area is a nice part of the Salem area and it is close to stores and the Courthouse AC. I had one noisy neighbor and it's hard to tell if the walls are too thin or she was just so loud. The worst thing for me was the proximity to River Road which is becoming a major highway with noisy trucks loudly struggling uphill all night and day. Also you have to provide your own air conditioner, but that's true everywhere in Oregon. I did have trouble with fleas from a previous cat owner when I first moved in, but the exterminator took care of that and I saw no evidence of other insects as claimed by other reviewers except for the ever present spiders outside. It's always the better apartments that wisely ban pets.
