I've been here about 2 and a half years and have had a very comfortable experiance. It's a very quite and clean area, you'll hear traffic if you live in a unit close to River Road but it's no big deal. They have many trees to drown out the noise, but many of them are planted too shallow and fall down during wind storms.

In my time here I've only seen 1 set of disturbing neighboors..some college kids who I think were kicked out.

The managment is nice, and they respond to requests. The apartments are moderately new, not 'luxeroius', but they look better inside that the average apt.

They don't have any cool whistles and bells like a pool or Gym, but it's a good place if you like things mellow. My main gripe is that they have increased rent by 12% over the last year, which is a pretty big jump. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments to someone who wants to live in the Keizer area.
