This is one of the worst places to live in. When you need something to be repaird they either never answer the phones or tell u they will be there later in the the day and never show up. I often wait 2 days minimum to get something fixed. Parking is a total mess. When i moved in the place smells really bad in some parts and the carpet had multiple stains. The lingering smell of dead cat was often present. Around midnight you can hear people yelling explicit stuff and moaning loudly. There was often a wood block in the rent fee box and you could never get your rent in without directly talking to them. Parking is a nightmare and i've had my car broken into 3 times and all my goods inside stolen. The landscape is good, that's about the only thing great about this place.

Well, if you are so out of luck with things at this property, why don't you move out? I as a manager at my property, make sure that everyone is happy with the property. Wooden block is for late rent payees, thus sounds like you are less responsible about paying on time then you should be. Its simple, don't like the heat in the kitchen - GET OUT!!!
