My son & his wife were cheated out of their deposit and the company is trying to charge them a $600 fee for "replacing of carpet" which is such an outright lie! The manager claimed they "spent 10 hours cleaning" the apt including the kitchen, & yet when we confronted her about the paperwork that our son & daughter-in-law had left in the cabinet above the refrigerator,which we took out of the cabinet during the final inspection, she had no explaination. Hello! We are talking about a 1 bdrm, single level apt here that only had 2 adults living in it!
We know for a fact the whole apartment was extremely clean as we inspected it after our son & his wife used a PROFESSIONAL carpet cleaner on the carpets alone! Not counting the rest of the apartment's cleanliness!
The facts are: the manager was just a thief and a liar and wanted to keep their money!
Unless the magager has changed, we highly do NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!

I find this to be a one sided slam job. I was living in rosepark and remember an incident where a couples mother tried to run down the manager of Rosepark with her car over her son's and daughter in laws apartment and something this women was screaming about cleaning or not cleaning an apartment. I know that I wanted to call the police because it was on purpose. Was this you? I found Rosepark to be very nice and the Manager very fair and understanding. I did when touring for a residents in Keizer discovered one person clean is anothers nightmare.Did your kids have a cat? Then I can tell you it smelled like piss. Did you inspect it? Before someone cleaned it? If not you can not say one way or another if it was clean.
