I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The apartment manager at this site is not friendly and discriminates against all of the younger tenants. I also experienced mold in my bathroom because of unproper ventilation and mold in my bedroom closet which caused me to be sick all the time. Good luck to anyone who decides to live there.

My son used to rent in this complex, the manager was VERY nice and she cut him a break on a "roommate gone bad" situation. She rented to him when he was 18 with no prior rental history, that is NOT discrimination. I like her. I do know she does not like it when young people party, but who does.

My grandparents were the managers there before Donna was. My parents were the assistant managers when we lived there. And my sister and her husband live there. It may not be the best. The back units are dark and aren't lit very well, and there's a lot of kids (that's good for someone who has kids). And there's not too much partying. I plan to rent an apartment there by the end of this year. I recommend. It's fairly prices and better then those druggie apartments.
