We are living here now, its OK but not great. The rent is extremly high for what you get. The people here are VERY VERY SUPER EXTREMELY Touchy about parking. The manager failed to give us a designated parking place and so we had to try out each spot and see if we got a note on our car in the morning saying that this wasn't our spot. Land lady is super touchy about trucks but fails to address her daughters flea infested cats that poop infront of our window every day. I sprinkled natural flea powder all over outside because our dogs were starting to catch some of the fleas. We also have an EXTREME ant problem. Some safeway donuts were left on the table for an HOUR and the whole box was CRAWLING with them. Neighbors are rude, crappy parking and a wacked land lady.
The sign outside says "luxury" HA! THats a laugh! Luxury' More like basic.
