I love Rose Park!
I have now lived here for five years and find the land lady to be fair and sweet to all the people that live here. Each time some one moves out she cleans each apartment and makes them shine as well as updates the floors and carpets, though some people find the land lady to be mean and un fair, it from what I have heard is all one sided, some of the people here thrive on being mean and take it out on the only people they can. This is a kid friendly place and noise is always taken care of. The land lady best fits you to a spot in the apartments to suit your living needs such as sleeping hours and family size, (so you don t get stuck with nosey neighbors!)
I know this because I work grave yard and the apartment next to mine needed to be painted so she came and asked me what the best time to paint was so I didn t lose any sleep, it was thoughtful and completely unexpected! I love it here!!!!!! I have never met a woman who loves her work so much and holds tenants needs above her own.
