Nice apartments, although management changes frequently

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
The management has changed 4 times in two years, which is rediculous. The requirements to move in are almost non-existent, yet when you move in the rules are over the top. Location is nice, neighborhood is decent, although the neighbors are getting worse rather than better. I believe this is because of managment changing and the easy move in process.
