The NEW management is CRAP they are just trying to fix it up as soon as they can and sell it FAST. They don't care about the people who currently live in the apartment. DON'T move here you will never get anything fixed . The condo's on the lake have plumbing problems and ants, but it's too late you sign your agreement to purchase "your lake condo" with a flat roof and standing water. The apartments have MOLD...but the paint can cover that with NO problem. If you are impressed by their new laundry facilities, don't be, overpriced and they don't work. Try drying clothes for $5 a load...it's a carp shoot to find out which one actually works. This once flood apartment complex will soon be sold for MILLIONS to an unsuspecting buyer and rented to some unsuspecting renters. Don't let it be you. I made the mistake.

I concur with the above rating. I've been here since 2000, back when it was GOOD AND FRIENDLY. It was also professional, well maintained and I would've recommended it to friends, etc. Not anymore, the new management company is impotent, enters apartments w/o proper consent, sets dates and times to fix broken fixtures, dishwashers, replacing lighting, there is none in the parking lot--very dangerous if someone were to fall and have to sue to cover medical expenses--well, use your imaginations, and other things one would expect when there are so many other complexes available at this price with many more ammenities and a responsive staff.This has become a split community with an absentee owner. His style is to use the management company as a personal firewall. So, my recommendation is avoid at all costs. This place is a tenant's nightmare.
