I moved in about 6 months ago and I absolutely love it here. The staff is very prompt and friendly, and any maintenance issues I have are taken care of in a timely and professional manner. The grounds are beautiful and kept up nicely. The location could not be any better I am close to everything. The views from my kitchen and living room are so peaceful and quiet. The things I do not like is living so close to McVey, it can be loud in the bedroom during the day...and I wish they had washer and dryer inside the apartment, although the "new" laundry facility is clean and works just fine. I would highly recommend Bay Roc Apartments
