Terrible Management. Bad Location.

I could not be more disapointed with my 1 year at Bay Roc. Constant sirens and car horns from living on top of the worst intersection in Lake Oswego. Good luck getting out of the parking lot during traffic hours.
Manager is only on site when you are at work and does not return phone calls. Very unpersonable and unapreciative of good tennants. 3 of my neighbors said the same thing and also left very upset.
