We're in a location you can't beat-- within a stone's throw of dozens of shops and restaurants, next to a park, which features music acts and a saturday market. We do have a garbage disposal, our own washer and dryer, two patios, and both a full closet and walk in closet. New, cheery paint on the walls, and lots of light. Friendly neighbors, gorgeous community, and the management is outstanding. To buy a townhouse across the street, it would be $700,000-- not $825 a month.
