Noisy and Rundown

Toilet paper thin walls! this place is so LOUD!!! rude tenants and dog poop all over outside my apartment.the road noise was pretty bad in the apartment i was in and i could hear everything my neighbors did from the walk from their car to going to the bathroom, tinkling and all. i would never live here again.
