This place has not insulation - and for living in a state that has an averge temperature of 60 degrees- you need the heat!

Complaints:

1.) The heat is electric. Each room has it's own heater, in the wall, near the floor. The ceilings are vaulted, which makes it impossible to heat. My heat bill $130 in the month of December. The heat ducts are dirty. I am constantly sweeping up dust balls on my hardwoods.

2.) My apartment is on the upper level, so when I want to do laundry I have to hall all my laundry up and down 2 different flights of stairs, which is dangerous in the constant rain.

3.) They have a pool. Do they ever service it' It's June 1st today, the pool is still closed. I would have liked to use it on a couple of days this month.

4.) The construction site next door is blocking off my parking area and closer access to my door. So brining in groceries is a pain. I have to park on the opposite side of my apartment - that I pay $825 for- to walk thru the complex and then up my stairs. There is not projected end to the construction.

5.) The walls are THIN!! If you have good sex- EVERYONE will hear.

6.) Old appliances.

7.) No real lighting. You have to invest in some floor lamps is you want to see at night.


8.) They only provide Comcast here. So if you enjoy Direct TV - FORGET IT!


The plus side- the management is pretty good at responding to any thing that may go wrong. They are nice coupled who live on site. The tenants seem to be a mix of older and younger singe and married folk.
