Very Nice Place to Live

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I've lived at Kruseway Commons since 2001. I suppose the reason one reviewer thought the apartments weren't luxury is because they don't live in the "deluxe" version. The deluxe version I live in has hardwood entry, dining room and kitchen, a marble fireplace, tasteful track lighting in the living room, and nice fixtures in the dining room. My apartment is about 1240 square feet, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
The bedrooms are very good size and the whole apartment is laid out well.
The maintenance staff is friendly, prompt, and skilled.
The office staff is also friendly.
With regard to one reviewer's comments about painting, I never had an issue with paint smell. Then again, I was at work during the day when they were painting. Anyway, painting has been over and done with for awhile, so what does it matter.
With regard to one reviewer's comments about teens zooming in and out of the parking lot, I don't see that because I live in a building with very few units that are all 2 and 3 bedrooms. No singles around my area, let alone teens. The single apartments are somewhat grouped together and separated from the family-type units.
I love to live at Kruseway Commons. There aren't a million kids running around screaming their heads off or vandalizing the place, there aren't any gang-bangers (somewhat inflated rent insures that), and the apartments are well insulated against noise from the outside as well as from other apartments. I've seen many newer apartments where you can hear people in other apartments who are obviously just speaking slightly above normal conversational levels!
Aside from the rents being slightly inflated, this is a terrific place to live.
