Actually a good deal

Ok, so one thing I've learned from this site is that there are a lot of people out there who are never satisfied no matter what. Every apartment has its pro's and con's, whether it be cheap or expensive. This is a God honest review of Kruseway Commons.
First off, this complex is actually a pretty good deal for the money. I got a 1 bedroom apartment and am paying $775 a month for it, but the price includes basic cable, water, sewage, and garbage. If you total those things up, the apartment itself actually only costs about $680 a month. It's an even better deal for me since I work on Kruse Way so I only have to buy 1 tank of gas a month instead of more if I were to live in Tualitin or Beaverton, so that drags the price down even further to about $640 a month. In comparison, I found a crappy apartment in Beaverton which charged $700 a month and you would have to pay for all the stuff listed above and then some.
As far as parking, I get one reserved covered car port which is directly outside of my apartment. There is ample visitor parking just so long as you don't have 100 people over.
The noise level is fairly good. Yes, if someone is watching a movie next door at full volume, you will hear it, but normal volume activities are never heard from neighbors.
The actual property is amazing and well kept. One of the best feelings I get is when I enter the complex after work and see how nice it looks and remember that I live here. Pool is fairly small for this nice a complex, but who cares, it's still really nice. The Club House is very nice and the weight room is probably THE BEST I've seen at ANY apartment.
The apartments are very sturdy and well built. Honestly, they are quality.
The Grounds are completely safe at an time of the day. Security is one of the most important things to me so I checked out crime at every apartment I looked at. There is no crime here.
The office staff is very nice and made my move-in effortless. I would write about maintenance, but nothing has ever broken in my unit, but I'm sure if it did, it would be fixed quickly.
So, now some of my gripes, which aren't many. First, it is a lot of money upon move in. I had to pay a total of $1110 whithin the first week of moving in. That included $35 app. fee, $300 deposit, and $775 first month rent. Other apartments offer the first month free for new leases, so that might have been nice. Second, no dogs are allowed, only cats. I wanted to get a Scotish Terrier, but I'll have to wait till I move else where. Lastly, there is no air conditioning included within the apartment, but you can buy one and maintenance will install it for you for free.
Overall, Kruseway commons is fantastic. Great location (especially for me) close to downtown Portland, a good deal if you figure everything in, very safe environment, quality grounds, and great atmosphere. Check it out if you are looking for an apartment in the Lake Oswego area. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I rented an apartment a Kruseway Commons pretty much on the basis of this person's review. I've been here almost two months now, and I'm VERY happy here! So I wanted to say Thank You to this person for taking the time to write this detailed review. It helped me a lot when I was looking for an apartment in this area.
