I lived here last year. The first problems I encountered were my noisy downstairs neighbors. They had social gatherings and parties that lasted until about 3AM. I had to call three times in one week to get maintenance out there so I could sleep. I asked management to move me to a different apartment and they told me that all I could do was keep calling maintenance. It took six months for the problem to get resolved. But despite the parties, I could hear everything else my neighbors were doing! The apartment space was not terrible, but was small for the amount I was paying; and there are some other management issues here. They wanted to charge me two extra days of rent because I was supposedly 1 day late when I gave my "letter in writing."
The positive aspects of living here are scenery and location. If you choose Kruseway Commons, ask to be in a quiet area of the complex, and see how willing management is to work with you BEFORE moving in. Hopefully, the difficult staff memebers are no longer there.
