Nice facilities - Forget your deposit on move-out!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Rented here for a year, and kept the place immaculate. Cleaned it hard for two days yet they still found a supposed saucer-sized "stain" on the carpet in an unused bedroom (I could not even see it!) and then justified keeping $125 of my deposit. This was after they told me not to worry about cleaning the carpets because they would, even though I did anyway.

Ordinary wear and tear' No way will that fly.
