It is a great neighborhood, and very close to everything. The grounds are very nice and well maintained. Living here is a very enjoyable experience with the exception of the noise level. We live in a second floor apartment and we can hear everything our downstairs neighbors do or say. The noise the their bathroom fan will keep you up at night if they leave it on..which is often. And the sickly smell of their curry somehow permeates into our apartment. Other than that, it is a pleasant experience. The rent is high, but that ensures a little protection from the rif-raf. East ------- are our gang bangers here, and they travel in tribes. Apparently they like to socialize till all hours of the night, have white noise handy for sleeping.

All in all, a good experience though. Just wish they allowed dogs.
