Management Change

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I've heard some complaints about the change in management, but they seem to be getting a lot done. The parking lot was a mess last week, but it looks a lot better now.
Quiet
Nice apartment interiors with hardwood
parking easy
free utilities (except electric) but i've hear we will have to pay for water soon enough.
Anyway, it's worth looking at.
