I lived here for about a year. I moved out just before the management change. I loved these apartments. Very quiet, very well kept. The only thing I was charged for on moveout was the replacement of the burner plates. Pretty standard.
The only quirk about this place is the birds. The swallows go crazy every Spring and try to build nests everywhere. Kind of annoying/exciting. The location was great, a little spendy, but worth it. No complaints at all.
