KWC is a nice place but there has been a change in management that isn't for the better. Rents are rising, and now you have to pay for water/sewer/garbage...plus the rent increase. The onsite staff seem ok, the maintenance leaves alot to be desired now though, new guys who don't know much.

The apartments are nice, with HUGE bedrooms but VERY small living rooms...doesnt make much sense to me.

Lake Oswego is over rated as a community.

If you move to KWC get ready to hear the idiot teens speeding around in Mommy and Daddys car with the booming "music." There has also been a few car break-ins and vandalism done on the property as well. Neighbors are nice enough, a little snooty. Complex has a small pool that is busy in the summer with some fine looking people!

I think there are better values in the area, and would encourage people to shop around.
