We've lived here for over two years and are planning to move as soon as our lease is up. A new management company took over and we are not happy. They are more concerned about paving the lot and replacing the railings on the decks than following through with work orders for renters. They've upped prices, and got rid of a terrific staff. Our experience here has overall been great. Too bad that's changed in the last couple months.
