Getting bad quick!

Kruseway Commons is getting bad quick. The complex used to have excellent management with great response to any issues, but this summer a new management company took over and they are really bad! The office staff will lie to your face regarding maintenance requests and don't care about current tenants at all. They also hate being bothered and are very fake and annoying The former maintenance workers were great and did very good quality work, but the new workers are really bad and don't know how to fix anything, and don't work hard either.
The grounds are nice but used to be much better. Saftey is also going down in the complex with more car break-ins and other issues. Many of the people who live here are young and loud, and don't care about it.
Rent has gone up by atleast $50 a month, and you also have to pay for water, sewer, and garbage now....not sure how much it will be but I know they water the lawns here way to much!
In summary, I strongly urge people to look elsewhere because due to very poor management and a bad value.
