I've lived here in a two bedroom apartment for about a year. My roommate and I will be moving when our lease is up, but only because the location is not working for us any more. Here is our opinion about our experience:
* Maintenance is lightning fast - even when things break on the weekend. We could not be happier with the speed and quality of maintenance work (and we've had a lot done).
* Staff is friendly enough if you just need their help solving a quick problem. They're not great on following up or checking in to make sure problems are solved, but it's a big place and they're busy.
* Quality of life: beautiful grounds; clean, warm, up-to-date apartments; lots of parking; tons of storage space within apartments, and w/d in every unit.
* Noise: our apartment is so quiet that for months I thought no one lived next door to me. Nice thick walls make for good neighbors. However, there is a lot of noise from outside. There are a lot of families with kids, and kids are loud. It's not necessarily bad, just make sure it's what you want.
