These apartments suck you in because of where they are located. But once sucked in, yuck.

The grounds are horribly kept once you get past the pretty fountain setting leading up to the rental office. Mini lamplights that are supposed to light the walkways are knocked over and or destroyed everywhere and look like they have been for months.

The office staff is a little on the flaky side and try to rent apartments that far exceed the need of the tenants. I was pressured to rent a sisters floor plan even thought it was just two of us and we live "together". A sisters plan is 1500 sq ft.

Putrid mauve coloring seems to be the color de jour for these apartments, and the fireplaces are tiled with what I swear is bathroom tiling.

I was really disappointed, and don't think I'll be renting here despite the pretty awesome location and views that I am sure go with it.
