It's a toss up

I've lived at One Jefferson Parkway for six months (as of June 2003). I really like the area in Mountain Park in Lake Oswego, as do everyone who comes to visit. The price for the area is also very affordable. I like that the complex seems unique with many different floorplans, not a cookie cutter complex where each building seems alike. The grounds are also nice and "woodsy". I live in a one-bedroom unit with a washer/dryer, fireplace, walk-in closet, and high ceiling. I like that there is a large complex clubhouse with a pool, cardio room, and weight room, in addition to a free membership to the community center across the street that also has an olympic size pool, exercise rooms, etc. On the downside, the management staff can be slow to respond to maintance. My bathroom ceiling leaked when I first moved in, and a blunder caused the sheetrock guy to replace the ceiling before the roof leak was repaired. The problem was eventually fixed, but not in a timely fashion. However, repairs to my lock and washer/dryer were very timely. The grounds seem to be moderately well-kept.
Overall, I like the location and quality of living.
