I have only been here a few months but it is way more than I can deal with. The grounds are a mess, buildings falling apart. Looks like a slum in the back so make sure you go around the whole grounds if you are seriously looking at this place. Better yet, GET OUT while you still can! The place is so bad it is more important to fix empty apartments than to service the current residents. When they do finally respond they have only bandaids and do things over and over rather than right then blame someone or something else for not fixing the problem. The apartments are noisy, some of the residents are very nice but many are as rude as you will ever want to meet.Honestly it is hell on earth. Police are here all the time, cars are regularly stolen, even the mgt will tell you that!Insect infestation, electric bills over $200 a month, (but they will tell you $45)speed bumps that will ruin your car over time, rude employees, bad maintenance, and most important a list of excuses you can't help but find funny. Every time you ask for help from any employee,they have an excuse, it is never their fault that it can't get done, fixed, solved or cured.
Anyway, I wish I would have read through this ratings list before I was the idiot of the century moving in here. From the dates it sure isn't getting any better!
Hope this rating saves some one from extra moving expenses moving in here then out asap!!!!!! Oh yeah and the cost of getting your stuff fumigated from the worm infestation no one can solve!
