Just look at all the other "no's" on this post and believe every one, we have lived here for just over 3 years, now this hot shot managment company out of CA buys the property, brings a bunch of fat -------, and i mean ------- in to ---- up our lives, stay away, the so called renovation they are doing is so absolutly half ass, its like shining a turd, i was fine paying the amount i paid for rent but now they are adding all kinds of fees and on oct. 1st we have to start paying for sewer, water, and garbage, i guess they need so extra cash to pay for all of the shity turd shining, oh and they say you get a free membership to the mt,park athletic club, last week i got turned away from the club because one jefferson parkway apts, did not pay their hoa dues to mt. park, what a bunch of ----s, believe every complaint on this site, stay away from ojp.
and to you fat bitchs in the office, i know you cows read this, ---- off and go on a diet.
