If you wanted to be very poorly treated move here

We have been residents for a couple of years and altho the previous management was a little disorganized, they were pleasant and treated you nicely, and appeared to care about you as a fellow human being. The new management basically has an attitude of "hey if you don't like it move out." Specific issues over the last several months:
Requested repair for toilet, which was never done
When painting, left plastic over windows, so we could not ventilate the house, had to breathe in paint fumes in the 85 degree heat
Parking is horrible, and the construction people take up what few open spaces. When asked if I could please have a covered carport I was given someone elses car port three separate times
These are just a few examples of how trying it is to live here
Basically you are made to feel like it is just tough luck if you don't feel welcome. Living around construction for months on end with the noise and the mess and increasing fees (the last resident was right, we have to start paying for sewer and water in October)takes its toll. At this rent you should be able to come home, PARK, and relax.
For people who can afford a nice place to live this is not the place. spend your money some where else, it is not a nice place to come home to.
