Everything the new group is doing is wonderful. I understand people being mad about the construction, but look at the way it looks now. With the utilities, we knew it was coming, this is the only place in town that doesn't charge for utilities. I have an oversized home, over 1600 square feet with a wonderful view, new carpet, stainless steel appliances. Who could ask for anything more. All maintenance issues have been taken care of within 24 hours. I love it!
