Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
I've lived here since 2001, and this place has seen literally dozens of management groups come in and out of here. They've all been replaced one-by-one since their slight renovations could not lure enough new residents in. The new management is following suit. They've painted, re-paved the driveways, and made several other "improvements" not worth mentioning. But all of this cosmetic work has come at a steep price--the residents never have anywhere to park, and there are about 100 day-laborers running around the place at all times. No privacy.
To make matters worse, rent is now going to be increased. Oh, and we now have to pay for sewage and water. AND, cable will no longer be subsidized! I have lived here for 5 years, and now all of these extra bills (on top of steep rent to begin with) are appearing. Forget it. Thanx for nothing.
And the new management will soon be gone, just like all of those before it. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
