I just moved to one of the newly remodeled apartments and it is the most beautiful apartment I've ever lived in. I think the staff is very nice! I've been reading the postings people left previously! They are the reason this place got so run down in the first place.... They're just mad because they have to pay for the UTILITIES they use! Now they can't have their dirty patios and broken down cars around! Way to bring this place up a little! Props to the Management!

I live in a highrise in downtown Portland and looked a Ojp. The rent where I live is very high too, however at Ojp there is lawn and off street parking, large units. I pay a 100 for parking and my own utilities, plus my rent for a one bedroom apartment is about the same rent as at Ojp. I decided to stay where I am and am looking for a condo to buy.
