I have been at this complex for a year and have many friends in this complex. If you are looking to move into this area, there are a lot of apartments that will take better care of you. Management at 1 Jefferson are incredibly incapable of taking care of the most miniscule task, and should be a huge deterrent to moving here. The complex is great and the apartments are almost worth the cost, especially with the rec center nearby, but dealing with the front office will want to make you pull your hair out. If you find no other better, get everything that could be disputed in writing and keep a running log of requests. Do not move in before your apartment is perfectly set for your living because it will be a month before they get back to you.
