I understand that everyone has an opinion, and mine is I really enjoy living at OJP. Once you read the reviews, go out and take a look. I moved into a "renovated" apartment on the third floor with a loft. I have amazing views of the valley which I truly love. My large dog can also live with me, it's perfect for us with the large grass areas and walking trails. I worked with all of the staff when moving in from leasing agents to the managers and they were very helpful. Please, take the time to come out and look around.

No kidding! No one but a manager would mention "amazing views", "large dog", "large grass areas and walking trails", and also invite people to "take a look". Very obvious plug for the community. However, I have heard that things have improved there tremendously, so maybe the manager is just trying to show people that things are better. Still, could have been more sneaky about it. :)

VERY TRUE!! i have one cat and he is living with me @ my apartment. Seriously, come check these apartments out they really are somthing. The people who show you around are really nice and helpful and actually live in the apartments!

hey, if you are going to insert propoganda, think of all the angles. i am sure your 'large dog' is really enjoyed by the people on the second and first floors. delightful living with a 40 pound animal bouncing on the lower resident's head all day. and 'take a look' ???????? who says that other than a sales team?
